Refund and Returns Policy



An order can be canceled before it’s sent to production. If the product is in production, data, and money, have already been transferred to Our Print Provider. 

Orders are sent to Production within ONE HOUR of purchase.  If the order has been sent to production, it means that the data has reached the Print Provider, and they may already be working on fulfilling the order. As a result, it may not be possible to request cancellation at this point.



If a product arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we offer a refund (or free replacement, including shipping) of the damaged item.  Please provide photos of all areas of damage.

Contact Support within ten days (domestic orders) or 20 days (international orders) of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back to us. (

PLEASE NOTE:  Occasionally a garment will have a strange smell.  This is normal with Print To Garment processing.  The smell should resolve after the first washing.


As mentioned, we don’t require sending back faulty or damaged items. Our Support team will assist with any questions, comments, feedback, or concerns.

Lost packages

If the package has been lost, the first thing to do is check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.

After both of these steps have been completed, please reach out to our Support ( . We will investigate it further and offer a free replacement if we determine that there was no error on your (or your customer’s) part. Support Email:


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
